All faculty, staff, dancers, parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to comply with DALA’s Policies and Procedures Handbook and Code of Conduct as well as the waiver signed upon registration. The handbook is reviewed at the annual start-of-season parent meeting and is available to all members upon request.

Enrollment and participation in DALA programs constitute acknowledgment of and agreement to abide by these policies. Failure to comply with DALA’s policies or Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from classes or programs, at the discretion of DALA.

Questions, concerns, or formal grievances should be submitted to the DALA Board of Directors, which will review matters in accordance with established policies and procedures.
